SHIPPING and RETURNS


Welcome to PrimeSleeks! We are committed to providing you with the finest textiles and a seamless shopping experience. Below, you will find detailed information about our shipping policies and return procedures. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

All packages are shipped by MNG cargo using cargo services. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can track your package on the MNG cargo website.

I hope your order is a lovely fit and you enjoy wearing it, but if you feel the item isn't right for you, it can be returned or exchanged.

Processing Time:

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates:

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For orders of 500 tl and above, the shipping fee is paid by the seller.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Next Day Shipping (1 business day)
- Occasional delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:

- PrimeSleeks currently ships to addresses within Turkey and select international locations.
- International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Additional customs fees, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Our commitment
At PrimeSleeks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Return Policy:

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging.
- Custom or personalized items must be in their original condition, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return:
• Contact our customer service team at support@primesleeks.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return Authorization:
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3.Pack and Ship:
• Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, including your RA number and original receipt. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.


Refund

- Once we receive your return and review the condition of your product, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@primesleeks.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering an exchange or refund.
